We have made a firm commitment to providing a quality service not only to our valued clients but also to our valued candidates and temporary workers.

In July 1999, six months ahead of initial expectations, we were awarded the ISO 9002 accreditation, and to our continuing commitment, in October 2004 we enhanced our Quality Management System by achieving ISO 9001:2000, and again in July 2009 to ISO 9001:2008.

REC Membership
elite are members of REC (formerly FRES). REC is the governing body of the recruitment industry and dictates to its members an ethical and professional approach to running their business. In addition to this REC provides its members with regular up to date advice and information on new legislation and any changes that might affect the recruitment industry and their clients. elite is able to provide its clients with legal advice, current market information and statistics and various other issues via the REC help-line.
