Providing PA support to a Director, scheduling and organising internal and external meetings; preparing documents on PowerPoint; arranging travel and accommodation; handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence and other duties as required. Previous PA experience at Executive and/or Director level is essential and must be highly proficient in MS packages, especially PowerPoint.
